Korean actor Kim Bum signs an exclusive contract with Japanese talenthouse Pony Canyon.
According to his agency King Kong Entertainment through a press conference that the actor will officially begin his activities in Japan with Pony Canyon, a subsidiary of Japanese Media Group Fujisankei Communications Group.
A official from King Kong Entertainment said, “Kim Beom is an actor with many qualities such as his manly and intellectual look as well as a great sense of fashion. “His popularity in the country and in other regions in Asia has increased through his roles in KBS’ ‘Boys Over Flowers’ and he displayed his musical abilities in MBC’s ‘Still, Marry Me.'”
Pony Canyon is in charge of the careers of top J-pop artists including w-inds, Aiko, Ueto Aya as well as distributing albums for Korean artists such as Jang Geun Suk, Ahn Jae Wook and SS501.
